Listed below the is procedure to setup eZee Reservation on a hotel website...
Website Information
For Client who has Existing Site
- We will require the access to the current website to replicate the existing layout of website in the new reservation pages.
Or
For Client who wants us to make a new website

We will require FTP & Cpanel details for uploading website.
Hotel Configuration
Following details are required for Reservation Configuration:

Rental taxes [Only if you want to apply taxes on the reservation]
Tax Name Name of rental tax that will be displayed on front section of website. Ex. Vat Tax
Tax Rate Rate of Tax which is applied on total room sales. Considered in % Ex. 4%
Non Rental taxes [Only if you want to apply taxes on the reservation]
Tax name - Name of non rental tax that will be displayed on front section of Website.
Tax Rate - Rate of Tax which is applied on other charges. [Considered in %]

System Configuration [These are configuration which will display on front side reservation Page]

Time Format - Format of Time which will display on front section of reservation Site [Example: HH:MM:SS]
- Currency Set Currency for Reservation Site [Example. $ or Rs.]
- Number of Days from which reservations can be accepted

Email Configure [All reservation mail will come on this ID]
If you want any of online payment options like paypal, paysignet etc. then based upon payment option, Merchant Details will be required like:

Paypal: - require paypal id [that would be email used for login to paypal account.
- Paysignet: - require merchant user name [Or Account Details]
- Example: From Reservation Desk Beach Hotel]
Payment Gateway [Optional]

Email Id Specify Email Id [Example: reservation@yourhotel.com]
- Email Signature Specify Email Signature
- Ccavenue: - require ccavenue account id, etc.
NOTE: We can customize any of payment gateways based on requirement of client. In this case we will need those payment gateway details of the clients merchant account.
Once we have above information, we will setup every thing on your behalf and you can start taking reservation real time from your own website without paying any commissions. If you prefer, you can configure the property details by your own from the admin panel given to you.
