Can eZee Reservation be integrated into my existing website?

Yes, eZee Reservation is fully compatible with all web programming platforms and so can be integrated with your existing hotel website. While the hotel’s booking web pages will be hosted on a generic server, there will no indication of the same to the end user. The pages will have the same look and feel as the rest of your website. We have designed eZee Reservation so that integrating it into an existing website is just as simple as setting up eZee Reservation as a complete solution with a new hotel website.

Will I require an individual website or server for setting up your reservation system?

No, because the eZee Reservation system is hosted on eZee's own servers. If you already have your website up and hosted on a third party server, we will create a module that seamlessly connects the reservation system with your hotel's existing website and server.

How many users / administrators can I add to manage my reservation system?

Virtually limitless; you can add as many users and sub-administrators as you like. You will continue to remain the main Administrator will the privilege to define specific rights to different users.

We find eZee Reservation great, but we would like to have a particular feature. How can we have that added?

We would be glad to hear about any new features you have in mind. We firmly believe that eZee Reservation should continuously evolve into a better software. So please feel free to contact us with the details and we will get our developers working on your feature in no time. We will also give you a quote for the inclusion of the new feature and a time frame for its development and implementation.

Can I accept credit cards / PayPal or include my preferred payment gateway in eZee Reservation?

Yes, you can use multiple payment methods and gateways with eZee Reservation. If you have the integration details for your preferred payment gateway, please pass it to us and we will get it integrated into your eZee Reservation system. For credit cards, eZee Reservation will only capture user data; actual processing of the information will have to be carried out manually by the system administrator.

Is eZee Reservation compatible with hotel software?

We love to say that eZee Reservation is best used with our eZee FrontDesk hotel software; but yes, it works just as smoothly with any other hotel software. Give our developers access to study your existing hotel software and we will do the needful to integrate eZee Reservation with it

Can customers check room availability before making a reservation?

Yes, eZee Reservation has been designed with an easy-to-use interface that allows customers to check room availability, select their rooms and then make a reservation for the selected rooms. The booking will be directly entered into the hotel’s main reservation system.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

All customers who complete the three steps of the reservation process will receive an instant on-screen confirmation of reservation. The screen will provide their reservation details as well as a booking id / number. They will be advised to print it out for ease of reference. Within couple of seconds, the system will also email them a confirmation of reservation with additional details such as the hotel’s contact numbers and address.

How many rooms can a customer book in one reservation?

Upfront there is no limit on the number of rooms that a customer can book in a single reservation. However, if you prefer to put a limit, you can do so from the configuration system available in the Admin Panel.

What about cancellations?

Customers can also cancel their bookings online. Soon as they do so, you will receive a message in the admin panel regarding the cancellation and the customer will receive an email confirming their status.

How can I ensure that bookings are from genuine guests?

Once a booking has been placed by the guest and confirmed in your system, you can view all details via the Admin Panel. If you find any booking that does not seem genuine, you as system administrator can use the details to contact the guest and confirm them as genuine prior to processing their booking..

Will eZee Reservation support my local or regional language?

Yes, eZee Reservation supports many languages. Just select the number of languages you would like to have in your system at the time of buying a license for eZee Reservation. Alternatively, you can also have these languages integrated into your reservation system at a later stage as per your requirements.

Is my data and booking information safe with eZee Reservation?

We are just as concerned about data and information security as you are. So we have put in place multiple check points to ensure the safety of your data and booking information. These include 128 bit SSL encrypted and secure pages for the entire reservation process, right from the personal information page to the payment and reservation confirmation pages. For additional security, you can also back up your entire database to a local machine at the click of a button.

Does eZee Reservation support more than one hotel? If yes, then how?

Yes, eZee Reservation supports multiple hotels and properties. These can be in the same location or multiple locations. The eZee Reservation online engine can be integrated into the individual websites of all your properties and you can get the reservation and occupancy details from all of these into an integrated central control and admin panel.

Can I manage Packages & Discounts for specific dates and timings?

Yes, with eZee Reservation, creating packages and discounts is quite simple. You can create packages or set-up discounts for particular date range or particular booking periods. Depending on the specifications you put in, these discounts and packages will be available for a period of 24 hours on the dates they apply to.

Can eZee Reservation act as a common portal for connecting different hotels of the same or different clients / chain?

Yes, you can easily use eZee Reservation to register and connect different hotels that do not belong to the same client. eZee Reservation can manage bookings for properties of the same or different clients including those in different locations.

What is the support you provide for meeting my requirements of help or resolving any technical or other issues?

eZee Reservation is backed by 24x7x365 live support; you will find at least one member of our support team available to help you out at all times either on live chat, phone, or email.

What if I lose all my data? Is there any backup system?

We regularly backup the servers on which eZee Reservation is hosted, so all your data is safe in the event of a system or server failure. Additionally, you too can backup your data with ease; the data backup feature built into the Admin panel will create a full backup of all your data at the click of a button.

Can there by more than one admin users logged into the system at the same time?

Yes; the Hotel/System Administrator section has a feature that allows you to create multiple sub-administrators for the same or different hotels. Each sub-administrator can be assigned all or selected privileges and authorities for handling and managing the reservation system. Any or all of these sub-administrators can then login at the same time to use the system and carry out various tasks.

Does eZee Reservation require any other special software or system specifications?

This is the best aspect of eZee Reservation; it does not require you to install any sophisticated or high-end hardware or software. As a web-based application hosted on eZee’s dedicated servers, eZee Reservation just requires a good internet connection and a web browser (again it supports all major and several minor web browsers).
