The Reservation Web Page will be a part of eZee Reservation but will still have the same look and feel as the remainder of your website. So customers will not feel that they have gone to a third party website or software to get their bookings.

CRS system

CRS stands for Centralized Reservation System, which is a special module of eZee Reservation developed for multiple properties. It collates the reservation and occupancy information of all your properties into a central control centre for ease of maintenance and control. Among the different types of graphs you can generate, print, download and email are included daily and live room inventory graphs; weekly, monthly, and yearly sales graphs broken down to room type-wise, rate-wise, and occupancy-rate wise.

Quick Summary Reports

This is a great tool for management and managers when they need to check the status of their property on the run. When time is short and you do not have the luxury of delving deep into the details of the working of your hotel, a quick summary report can let you know everything in a short and sweet manner.

The Quick Summary Report lists the total number of reservations, cancelled reservations if any with reason, and statuses on reservations pending for approval. Last but not the least, it also provides you details about the total sales figures for the day, the last 30 days, and for the last 90 days. When needed, you just need to click once and all of these reports will be either exported to your computer in MS Excel or CSV formats, or sent quickly to the printer for physical printing.
